- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I used to go into this branch once a month to pay my rent, and the staff are always so friendly that I eventually decided to open an account here myself. They have truly awesome customer service -- the only thing you ever wait in line for is the Keurig machine. Otherwise, if they see a line starting to build, staff who work in other areas of the bank help out to make sure no one has to wait too long for help. Not every employee can help you with every banking need, but they do an excellent job at triage ;). And the branch manager / VP Joanne is the best! P.S.
